What people usually ask
What do you need from me?
A 30-minute call and your photos, if you have them. We write all the copy. If you have no photos, we'll source quality ones or create images from your phone shots.
Who owns the website?
You do. The domain is registered in your name and you get every login after launch. The care plan is optional, with no contract.
Is the site ADA-friendly?
We build to WCAG 2.1 AA: readable contrast, keyboard navigation, alt text and proper headings. It makes the site easier for every customer and lowers the risk of accessibility complaints.
What if I don't like the design?
You see the homepage before we build the full site, and revisions at that stage are unlimited. If you walk away after the first preview, we refund your deposit.
Why not just use Wix or Squarespace?
With a builder you write the copy, pick a template and figure out the settings yourself, then pay a monthly fee. With us you get a finished site with copy, booking and Google setup in a week, for a one-time price.
What happens after launch?
Edits are free for the first 14 days. After that you can add the care plan for $35 a month: we update prices, photos and specials within one business day of your message.
